This error happens as a result of Protected Mode being enabled in Internet Explorer 8.  To be able to export a document, add https://login.imagesilo.com as a Trusted Site by following these directions:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Browse to https://login.imagesilo.com
3. Click Tools > Internet Options.
4. In the Internet Options click the Security
5. Click on Trusted Sites.
6. Click on the Sites
7. On the Trusted Sites dialog box, under Add this website to the zone option, make sure https://login.imagesilo.com is listed and click
8. Click OK on the Trusted Sites dialog box
9. Click OK on the Internet Options dialog box.

The user should now be able to export without error.
